1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Devflx's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Devflx provides software development, design, and consulting services. The specific terms of each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables as specified in the project contract. Devflx retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Work may be paused for overdue payments
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. NDAs may be executed for sensitive projects.
6. Limitation of Liability
Devflx's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
